How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes a few working days to arrive – see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the delivery destinations shown at checkout. If you do not see your country listed, contact us at support@bekuf.com and we will let you know if we can help.

How can I track my order?

What is your returns policy?

My item arrived damaged or faulty – what do I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bekuf.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
