Sending a gift? Each item can be individually wrapped in our signature kraft paper with a natural twine bow and an optional handwritten gift note, for £2.50 per item.

Shipping & Delivery

Free UK Delivery on Orders Over £100

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch.

Standard delivery: Free on all orders over £100, £6 on orders under £100. Excludes IV, HS, ZE, KW, BT & IM postcodes.

Remote areas: IV, HS, KW & ZE postcodes £15. BT & IM postcodes £30. We currently deliver within the UK only and are unable to ship to JE or GY postcodes.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched (within 1-2 working days), you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you haven't received a tracking update within 5 working days of placing your order, please get in touch with our customer service team.

What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an item missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently deliver within the UK only. Unfortunately we're unable to ship to Jersey (JE) or Guernsey (GG) postcodes at this time.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Standard UK delivery costs £6, or free on orders over £100. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and typically arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands (IV, HS, KW, ZE postcodes) is £15, and delivery to Northern Ireland & the Isle of Man (BT, IM postcodes) is £30.
